Pretzel Face added an entry about Lose weight : I binged out after my excercise yesterday. I had 2 bowls of chilli 3 biscuits and a huge pack of fruit pastilles. It sucks, But my weigh in this morning put be at exactly the same as yesterday morning. So I haven’t suffered too much from it. Im still craving donuts and sugar though. I hope I can go past krispy Kreme today without even looking over.
Labash added an entry about lose weight : it’s really becomming annoying. yes i do sometimes fail to eat only healthy. like yesterday i had french fries for lunch i could have refused it. but i eat nothing after 6 o’clock and i am still aproaching the 60 kilos limit! i was 59,9 this morning! it’s trully annoying at this stage. like do you need to stop eating at all and become anorexic if you want to not gain weight or what?

I now weigh about 130 but still have the same inches just toned my legs.. But i serious about it this time! Im fed up with this! I like to workout i just need to do it! Goal weight is 125 for now. Thats only 5 lbs away! Shouldnt be hard. After that if im not saticfied i will go to 123 then 120. But not any lighter then 118
