foreveramber added an entry about lose weight : Yesterday: cheerios, banana, cereal bar, blueberries and raspberries, snap-peas, too much pizza. lots and lots and lots of alcohol. I don’t even want to talk about today, I definitely fell off the wagon. cereal bar, banana, two mini bagels with light cream cheese, 100 calorie pack of chex mix, broccoli, a little bit of a veggie burger, fries, one small chicken tender, couple spoons of vanilla ice cream and strawberries.
weflyhigh21 added an entry about lose weight : so i spent the week in miami with my mom, and i did really great. i walked 3-4 miles every morning, ate better than i’ve eaten in the past 5 years, and basically did everything right. i definitely feel smaller, and my mom says she sees it too. So then, why the fuck do i come home and ive GAINED 3 lbs?! sure ive gained muscle. but goddamn. not exactly fucking motivation. ughhhh i am SO ready to just give up and be fat forever. at least then id get to eat chocolate cake all the time. and ice cream. and waffles. and hamburgers. and steak! and all the other wonderful glorious food i DIDNT eat in miami. life hates me!!!

Like Mum ordered Indian Takeaway last night, (Which sucked coz I was doing so good that day) But I just had half a bowl of Vegetable curry without the rice and one poppadom with a bit of dip. & Usually I would have had a huge plateful of all the curries and a half a plate of rice and usually go up for seconds.
eydie57 added an entry about lose weight : it’s been my experience that losing weight requires a certain level of selfishness. first, you have to understand that all selfishness is not bad. however, in the last 20 years, i’ve had a problem thinking solely about myself because that’s when i became a mom. but now that my son is 20, i feel myself getting ready to do what i’ve already done three other times in my life, ie., lose a significant amount of weight. In the 80’s, i was actually a normal weight. it was only because i watched every bite that went into my mouth and exercised for an hour a day. it was hard work for me. i’ve never been one of those people who can just casually diet and lose weight. weight LOVES me. it clings to me and says, “no, don’t make us go!” it hugs my thighs, my behind, my hips. “please, i love you, don’t make us leave!” but i’m 51 and you don’t see a lot of really heavy very old people, so i’m thinking it’s time again. mind you, i’m not ready yet, i just feel myself getting there.

rgioc added an entry about lose weight : Last night I went out and my feet were crippling me by the end of the night. I think I burned a lot of calories off. My jeans are falling off me today and they were tight yesterday. I only had 1 drink last night too! 1 Vodka and cranberry and a bottle of water after. I had 2 rashers of qourn bacon and scrambled eggs this morning with a a glass of orange juice. I don’t think I’ll be walking anywhere today. I’m too tired and my 2 weeks off work has come to an end now, I’ll be in work 12 – 7 tomorrow. Back to the slave house. Lets see if my diet gets better.
