xxwednesdayxxx added an entry about lose weight : yeah so heres what i’ve eaten so far today… B-raisin bran (250) L-spaghetti-o’s and a hot dog (540) S-6 pringles (60) gosh. so yeah… today did NOT go as planned lol. but it certainly has been tasty so far. :) And I’ve burned about 590 calories today. ugh. I am so full right now. 850 calories eaten already. If i have court tonight, then I won’t eat dinner. If I don’t, then I will eat a salad or something.

I used to be anorexic and I am having a hard time looking at this list of food knowing that it is still only 3PM and look what I have eaten. I never used to eat more than 200-300 calories prior to 7PM. I don’t want to be the way I used to be, but I have gained 30lbs since then. I would like to lose just 8-10 lbs..and I will be happy at this weight…I am scared because I don’t have the security of knowing that I could potentially eat later, because I used up most of my calories early on….ugh stupid eating disorder thoughts. YOU SUCK . I won’t binge tonight i promise myself i wont binge tonight!!!
Pretzel Face added an entry about Lose weight : I hate that I love Mcdonalds so much. Why does it have to taste so good?? I went in today with my friend and I only let myself order fries, which was still 375 calories (sob) But so much better than usual when I have a 600 calorie deli sandwich, with fries and a chocolate muffin.. :/ Overall I think today went pretty well until about 7pm when I always fudge up. I think its because Im not keeping busy and the chocolate cravings kick in and I try and find any food to take my mind off it.
charlotte1984 added an entry about lose weight : its creeping up. I cant be bothered to list, but there may have been a cream eclair involved. Damn people at work having birthdays – how RUDE !!! Oh, does anyone really resent the fact that you have to eat loads of fruit but then its actually quite high calorie?! I’ve had today blueberries, raspberries, apple, plum, nectarine, pear. 280 bloody calories! Have a good day anyway – nearly the weekend thank god!
Xx1Zoe8xX added an entry about lose weight : I started to go swimming once a week which I think started to firm me up abit. But then I started to slack so im pretty much back where I started. but! I just joined the gym tonight! so I’ve decided to aim for swimming once a week and the gym twice a week and see how that goes. Ive finally had that push over the edge so I doubt I’ll be slacking anytime soon! wish me luck!
