Shit day again

daniellecook added an entry about Lose weight : I guess i am not ready to lose weight because i keep fucking up on my diet. Seriously like, i cant even have one good day when it comes to my diet. Last night i went on a binge and fucked up my whole week/day/confidence. I was doing so good yesterday until like 9pm when i was at a friends house. My friend pretty much binged tooooo. I dont know now anymore because i am probably gaining weight rather than losing it. I kinda knew it though. I need some support and i need serious help because it seems as though cant do it on my own yet.

Weighed myself yesterday morning

Josh Dhaliwal added an entry about lose weight : and came in at exactly 90Kg (198 Lbs) having gone to the gym yesterday and done an 9Km cardio workout I hope to be under that weight today. Arrived at my inlaws yesterday evening and staying here til tomorrow evening. Ate slowly during lunch today so as not to make it obvious I was eating a lot less than everyone else. Think I said no to a beer and a whisky with my father in law for the first time ever yesterday – strictly no alcohol for me until after my 10K run next Sunday which falls on my 35th birthday – no cake for me til the day after. Have to hold off drinking this evening as we have more guests arriving who will be staying the night and we have my brother in laws birthday tomorrow!

Weight Loss Stress..

LiLmissSunshine added an entry about lose weight : Yesterday I bought my wedding dress, so there can be absolutely NO weight gain for me! It’s nerve wracking when you know you need to either lose or maintain but NO GAIN … I fit into a size 6! Which was nice! A little disheartening when the girl next to me is a 4 and the girl across from me a 2, but hey, I was happy & found my dress! So today I started logging what I am eating. I had my exact calorie & fat gram count until I just suddenly poured a bowl of cereal without measuring it! I didn’t finish it though, the pups got it! So I’ve had: English Muffin with 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, bowl of cap’n crunch cereal with skim milk, and broccoli & cheese with rice. I’ll eat one more time today, but my calorie count I think is around 800-900 calories with the cereal. I really like too many starches & cheeses! They are PURE weakness! Usually I do fat free cheeses, but recently I’ve gotten on a pepper jack cheese kick! I like the spicy cheese! Hopefully logging my food will get me on track and help me recognize all of my mistakes.
