Lost another 3 lbs

I would like to reach my goal of my ideal height to age to weight ration government standard of 145, but I’m thinking that might be unrealistic. B- Crunchy Nut, orange juice, lots of water. S- 2 sausage rolls at work L- Corned beef sandwhich, water S- Crisps 185clas :( Chocolate brownie For dinner I think I’ll just have soup or maybe pasta. Later I’ll more than likly snack with my boyfriend.. Yesterday, I did over 1 mile walking, and today I did about half mile.

Yeah…. Idk. I’m feeling discouraged. I was 188 today. :( My weight is going the opposite way. The lowest i’ve been able to get myself before giving up is 187. I am determined to get to my goal weight, and not give up. Not even for a second. :) But this is just taking so long.

Heather added an entry about lose weight : So I am doing pretty good with the food part. I need to start exercising though. The most exercise I get is walking 1/4 mile to my classes building. Up 3 flights of stairs occasionally usually I take the elevator. I always walk down the stairs. Then pretty much the 1/4 mile back to my car. Tomorrow will be my official one week weigh in. I have been weighing every morning though.

lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : I’ve been stupid. Stupid stupid stupid. I went on a forum, and posted a ‘guess my weight’ topic. I guess it’s one of those things, it can make or break self esteem. I just wanted to know what i looked like, wish I hadn’t now as my self esteem in in tatters. I’ve had guesses as high as 135-145 (that made me want to cry, really), and as low as 115-125. However, the range does seem to be about 120-125, which I am pleased at, considering I weigh 126. I was also told to clean my room and get a tan, lol.

joanne9989 added an entry about Lose weight : It’s been 6 months since I last tried to lose weight, and I’m up to 13 stone! :S OK so it didn’t help that I went to Italy for 2 months then gave up smoking, but now I just feel dead fat, and I’m clinically overweight for my height. I was talking to this bloke I fancied today and it turns out I weigh loads more than him! Which is as good a reason as any to drop a few pounds, I reckon. I start tomorrow, wish me luck…
