c555g555 added an entry about lose weight : woot! I’ve lost almost 10 pounds in 1 week and a half. I am now at a healthy weight.. but I could do better. I’m going to lose 10 more then keep it off.
cultivarse added an entry about lose weight : fn awesome, woke up to a weight of one sixty five ish. i usually only get that weight after running for hours with no eating! been eating healthy this whole week preparing my own healthy meals (wraps and fresh veggies) AND eating 6 times per day with the smallest meal last. this works! it really does. ive tried working out for years and have never got results like this! proves that how you eat is just crucial. i’ve never been so focused on what i’m eating, the the thing is, im not eating a little either, im not hungry. food is fuel.

B- wheat chex cereal with half a half of a banana and organic vanilla soymilk S- L- D- Total Cals- Water- Exercise-
lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : I defied myself again, I said I would not weigh in till the end of the holidays…but, I felt an urge today and I followed it and… 129 lbs! Finally in to the 120’s! 3 pounds to go untill I am 9 stone, and just 5 more to lose overall before I reassess my goals!
Most of us would end up being seriously obese if we ate 10,000 calories per day, but not Michael Phelps. In an interview with ESPN he said his calorie consumption per day ranges around the 8,000-10,000 mark, including large quantities of pasta and pizza. Apparently, he is partial to fried egg sandwiches. Some dietitians have written in to Medical News Today telling us that 10,000 calories per day is most unlikely for a 6 foot 4 inch Olympic swimmer.
HomgItsKayteee added an entry about lose weight : I just got my belly button pierced and I’d like to feel better showing it off. By no means am I fat, but I want to lose about ten pounds or so. At least tone up a bit. Sadly, whenever I try to get started, it’s right after someone has made my favorite cake or something equally evil. I’m starting though. I swear. Pray for me!
lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : I’ve decided to up my calories. I’ve known all along that 1700 was too low for me, but i could never bring myself to higher it. I want my metabolism to work at it’s best, and I don’t want it slowed down at my present age, considering it is likely to slow down in about 5 or 6 years. I’m going to slowly work my way up to 1800. especially as I’m nearer my goal weight, I should be alright. I’ll do it in 50 calorie increases. So starting tomorrow, it’ll be 1750. Then after a week or so, I’ll bring it up to 1800. I know it may take my metabolism a few weeks to adjust, but I’m sure once it does I’ll lose my remaining weight and will enjoy eating the extra. (I’ve figured it’s more about exercise than intake of calories, i mean, that swimmer michael phelps eats 12000 cals a day and look at him!)

So, drinking water 3L of water will be part of my 100 days mission of accomplishing 50% of my goal to reach my ultimate goal weight of 52kg. So people drink up water and see its wonders =D
Heather added an entry about lose weight : It has been about 1 year since I went to the doctor and was weighed. I was 170lbs then. We haven’t had a scale at our house in forever. I thought I had just gone up to about 185lbs. WRONG !!!! We bought a scale today, since my sister had gastric bypass and wanted to know what she weighed, and apparently I weigh 203lbs again!!! I haven’t been over the 180lbs since my freshman year of high school.
mlharper added an entry about Lose weight : Just finished reading the book Skinny Bitch. Not at all what I expected. Basically, it advocates becoming a vegetarian. The language is appalling; however, I know there is more than some truth to the descriptions of animal slaughter depicted in the book. I will have to think about this. When I go out to see Lacy at the horse farm, there’s cattle nearby with their babies. The calves are so cute and so unfraid of us that it makes me feel sad to think of their ultimate fate. They are beef cattle. Goodness knows that there are a lot of vegans in this area. I would be in good company—and it would help me lose weight.
