josemm added an entry about lose weight : B/L: 2 egg omelette (lowfat cheese, spray on oil) S: 3 medium croissants + too much cocoa (around 400cc) =/ D: 1 portion green spaghetti with 50kcal of sauce + 2 multicereal bread slices =/ I’m not happy with this day. I drank waaay too much cocoa, ate 1 extra croissant… I don’t even think the milk in the cocoa was low-fat =/ pointless extra kcal. =/ Tomorrow I’ll get to the gym… I’ve been avoiding it.
mopsy added an entry about lose weight : Oops, going the wrong way. Was away for the weekend and walked for most of Saturday and Sunday, but ate atrociously. And drank. Got home last night and we were exhausted and ordered pizza. Which I finished off for breakfast this morning, washed down with coke. Sorry body. Have this entire week off, so no excuse not to get my fridge and healthy eating organised. Away for another long weekend on Friday, but this time I’ll make sure there’s something in the freezer for when we get home. It’s ridiculous that I’m not losing weight, I need to get my eating under control.
My mom, previously seen here as the Weight Watchin' Vegan , is back today as the divine hostess of a scrumptious all-vegan luncheon tea party in celebration of my sister-in-law's birthday. I just had to take a picture of her glorious afternoon table bedecked with delicate plates and pretty food. Isn't it beautiful? Martha would be proud...
Steff69 added an entry about lose weight : No breakfast, got up at 2pm. L- Oven chips & 3 chicken dippers. water. D- Corn on the cob, 1 bread roll with 2 sausages, orange juice. S- Tea, 1 biscuit, 2x crackers and cheese, 1 bag crisps@84 cals, 1 kiwi. Not so great. Really starting tomorrow again. I hate stopping and starting, i really see a change in my body after only 3 days. Starting tomorrow I’m cutting out crisps since I’ve had loads recently. Lots of healthy food. Fruit or veg as snacks only.
