Day 3 Feeling good! I love this site!!!

minxycat added an entry about lose weight : B: mean green, 1/4 cup raw oats, 10 almonds L: lettuce, brown rice S: mean green, cheese stick D: 1/2 cup whole wheat flax pasta, olive oil, parmesean cheese, salad DS: orange Proud of myself. I have journaled everything I’ve eaten for the last three days. Today’s challenge was only having 1/2 cup of pasta. Pasta is a big downfall for me.The boy came home with a plate of delicious looking cookies, but I didn’t even sniff them. I know this is it . I’m on my way to thinness!!! K asked me first thing today how the plan’s going.She shared her night with me and it’s great to have a buddy to check in with. I’m calling this my “dancer’s body” plan. The day I hear someone comment that they figure “I must be a dancer” because of my physique, is the day I know I’ve arrived. Yesterday I came up with this: there are so many things about aging over which we have no control that we should counter balance those negatives with improving and changing those things of which we do have control. Friday I’ll do my first official weigh-in and share it at our first official “WW”. Why pay WW when we can meet and have our own ww meetings. K and I already have the knowledge and we have a lot in common as far as goals and challenges. Plus you can’t be the convenience of meeting right at school. I did weigh myself this morning and I lost 2 pounds in 2 days. Pretty good considering all the salted peanuts I ate Sunday night before “The Plan” Anyway, I know I’m going to be successful this time because reading everyone else’s posts really give me incentive. That’s all for now

Day 2.

foreverHoping added an entry about lose weight : Its the second day of my trying to lose weight. It’s somewhat refreshing to kind of be on a scheduale. But I guess I have to bear in mind that is IS only day 2. By the end of the week I’ll be tearing my hair out. Hehe. Heres what I ate today: B: I was a little weak and forgot about my diet. I ate 2 peices of toast with butter and cinnamon-sugar. Not awful, but certainly not healthy. L: Today I had my usual, which I am not exactly sure if its bad for you. I had one cheese and tortilla wrap that was grilled (its pressed between two hot plates, a favorite at my school) and one 110 calorie snapple. There were four slices of cheese, land-o-lakes, I believe.

Feeling like crap right now...

0EvaRose0 added an entry about lose weight : I’ve been sick with a stomach flu for the last 3 days unfortunately. I am starting to get a little concerned that it could be something that might need prescription medication, so if I don’t feel better by thursday I am going to go to the doctors. I havent been eating much of anything (food is making me feel really sick!), which isnt good at all. However, I have been going on low intensity walks, which counts for something. Anyway, I am going to weigh in tomorrow and see how the flu is effecting the scale. I am not going to take what is says too seriously though.

I need some motivation tips. I know weird thing to give tips on. But like what keeps eveyone going? And im grounded to my room with no equipment once so ever so please what does eveyone else do? dainty_lil_daisy added an entry about lose weight : have maintained the past month and stayed at 128 pretty consistently…haven’t gotten to my 125 mini goal yet, but then again, i haven’t really been trying, i haven’t been to the gym in weeks and i’ve been eating whatever i want (but lesser portioned). it works for maintence anyways ;) but i want to LOSE again, i want to get into the best shape of my life before i get pregnant so i won’t be worried about baby weight the whole time. i want to enjoy it and feel GOOD , especially considering i won’t have cigarettes or weed to help me with any stress outlets….exercise will havta be my “natural” high, so i’d better get used to it now so i will actually HAVE an oulet to go to!

Day 4 Going Strong

minxycat added an entry about lose weight : Hey, B; 1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt, 20 almonds 1/8 trail mix L: brown rice, orange S: 10 almonds, pumpkin seeds, carrot D: 2 slices veggie pizza, salad I got up this morning and my face is already looking better. It’s probably water weight but it looks good, not puffy. The big challenge is dinner. We’re going to a union pizza dinner and pizza, like pasta, is a major challenge for me. Sweets are not my downfall, but bread, cheese, pasta and pizza are. Last night I did so well with just having a reasonable portion of pasta. My tummy wasn’t stuffed but I was satisfied. Tonight I’m going to have 2 pieces of pizza. Normally I’d have like 4-6. When I was thin I ate pizza, but never more than 2 slices, so I know I can do it. Even though I’m only on day 4 I know this time I’m going to stick to it. I feel like my butt is already shrinking but I know it’s too soon for that. Bye for now, Hi just got back from dinner and I did it! Only 2 pieces of pizza and a healthy salad with beans, cucumbers, beets.yummy! I feel totally satisfied but not fat. Good job me!!!!! There’s no stopping me now! Bye all, me
