I’m so fatty fat fat it’s not good at all! my weight is suppose to be 110, but I’m 20lbs more than that and I need to lose it! xXxlaura224xXx added an entry about lose weight : okay i now officially HATE long weekends. i really dont know what happened to me….i just ate and ate im soo embarrassed/repulsed. it was more than overeating it was like a full on binge. then i felt so disgusting and tried to be sick. i know that was stupid but i felt sooo disgusting. but i couldnt get rid of it and now i feel even worse. i dont know what is making me feel worse – the fact i ate soo much or the fact i couldnt get rid of it.

A study of 90,000 people has uncovered new genetic variants that influence fat mass, weight and risk of obesity. The variants act in addition to the recently described variants of the FTO gene: adults carrying variants in both genes are, on average, 3.8 kg (or 8.5 lb) heavier. The variants map close to a gene called MC4R: mutations in this gene are the most common genetic cause of severe familial obesity.
imgonnabbeautiful added an entry about lose weight : Ok…no more i want to be anorexic…i want to lose 5kgs to go back to how i was a couple of months ago, this dough belly isn’t working for me…ok gaining weight scares me and it’s happening, i’ve been eating more than i should, so my plan is to skip eating dinners again for the next week, have oats for breakfast, and a light lunch, like a sandwich or something, i am cutting out all hot drink except for green tea and if i feel hungry im going to drink a shit load of water…i cant gain weight again and be the fat fuck i was this 5kgs will not defeat me, i will lose it i give myself 4 weeks I CAN DO THIS !
The Australian Medical Association called on the food industry to take more responsibility in curbing Australia's obesity epidemic. AMA President, Dr Rosanna Capolingua, said governments should take firm action to encourage the food industry to adopt measures to promote healthy eating.

beepbeeplove added an entry about lose weight : yesterday was fine, until my mum bought me chocolate. and i ate it all. argh im so disgusting. then i felt like a croissant, i wasnt even hungry, they were just there and i had one. yuck yuck yuck. i hate how one bad weekend can make overeating feel normal again. ew. i was about to have an after dinner snack, but i held myself back. :) b- croissant s- apple l- salad sandwich s- anzac biscuit, handful of dried apricots d- veggie soup + some break with cheese. yeah so the bread and cheese werent very good. but im happy :) i went to the gym and started a new program.. oh gosh, its so tiring. good good :)

For the love of pigs in a blanket! I know I've done quite a few Taste Test Tuesdays with various types of breakfast sausage (meatless and turkey products usually). But this is all because of my love of "pigs in a blanket". There is something totally yummy about fresh buttermilk pancakes (I make them with part whole wheat) wrapped around a light tasty sausage link. Well this morning I made my light buttermilk wheat pancakes and tried out the new Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Links with 60% Less Fat.

But I do do some stuff of this step machine, but nothing too heavy handed, since I do need time off from exercising now and then. Judo tomorrow – I doubt the massive bruise on the skin behind my kidney will feel any better for it!
