I had a fair this weekend, and fairs in my town mean tons and tons of cotton candy and really good food. I spoiled myself a lot while at the fair. I ate a ton of cotton candy and popcorn and other stuff that can’t be good for you, and come lunch time, I went to the “food” area of the fair, where they had hot dogs and hamburgers and “international” food.

kiara75 added an entry about lose weight : bad bad weekend, boyfriend, time of the month, going out, ex problems, child birthday….one huge diet blowout which started from friday night ending with sunday lunch…not brave enough to weigh myself might work hard for a few days and then weigh in, and set myself a few new goals this week about exercise and try to rid my ass of some fat….rrrrrr!!!

Kirs10 added an entry about lose weight : I’ve been so stressed out with finals that I’ve been munching like crazy. And I don’t think the scale in our room is working right… so I’m just going to wait till I go home and start fresh on my scale at home. I can’t wait to get home where the refridgerator isn’t 2 FEET from my bed! AHH ! 2 finals tomorrow, 1 Tuesday, going home Wednesday! YAY ! I’m going to try to not be so hard on myself. Tomorrow is my 2 month mark on my diet, and I’ve lost at LEAST ten pounds (even with my bipolar scale jumping around every day.)That’s something to be really proud of I think. I have 2 months to reach my goal of 130. I’m starting to think it’s a stretch, but I’ll keep on keepin on and hope for the best. Back to studying!

mopsy added an entry about lose weight : For some reason I have continued to be out of control with my eating and exercise and am continuing to gain weight. It is reflective of the rest of my life though, I am being really slack and letting life get away from me generally. Breakfast this morning was chocolate and a coffee! You can’t get much worse than that! It is raining, with no sign of stopping for the rest of the day, but I will go for a walk anyway. At least it is really warm, so I will get wet, but not cold.

khaosinkinema added an entry about lose weight : I am quite amazed by the amount of kilos I already lost … However, I don’t overuse the balance or something, and others would call the progress “slow”, but at least I am always keeping a certain weight for some time before it goes down again. So far, I lost 7 kilos … Actually a little more, but I am not sure how much :(. I used a conerter and it told me that’s about 15 lbs. I am, however, scared because I don’t do sports that often. Meaning, I don’t exercise often enough. I often take walks in the forest, but that was that. Hopefully we will go swimming next weekend :D … I can hardly wait …

beepbeeplove added an entry about lose weight : lalalala :) b- weetbix, soy milk, apricots. l- salad sandwich s- soy hot chocolate d- chinese food.. i was going to have sushi but the shop closed :( i decided i can afford to eat a little more.. im 3 kg lighter than i thought i was, and i was feeling a bit deprived after two weeks of having one piece of fruit for breakfast. yaaay im starting a new program at the gym tomorrow :) so excited! i hope its hard.

lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : It’s a perfect morning to go on a bike ride! I prefer exercising in the morning, that way it’s done, dusted, and I just feel better for it. Which is what I like about bank holidays and other holidays, I get to exercise whenever I like. I think I definatly look slimmer when I look in the mirror. It’s hard to tell though because I see myself everyday. (Can’t escape that, mirrored tiles in the bathroom)
