minxycat added an entry about lose weight : B: 1 cup cooked oatmeal and milk S: 5 crackers and hummus, mean green, trail mix L: 1 slice homemade veggie pizza, 1/2 lentil burger S: carrot, apple, 3 tomatoes, mean green D: penne pasta 21o cal., 1 cup corn, 2 tbs. hummus S: popcorn I notice when I’m trying to lose weight I become very aware of other women’s bodies, kinda of trying to find motivation and a better sense of what I’m going for. I know my goal of 125 is totally reasonable and certainly not too skinny, especially after I checked out that website “how much should I weigh” it was very helpful in reassuring me that, yes I am fat, well not FAT but on the high end of acceptable weight by BMI calculations, and by society’s standards of ideal weight.
lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : There’s this skirt from H&M that I really love. (That’s saying something ‘cause I’m not much of a high street shopper!) Anyway, as soon as I get slimmer legs, I’m going to get it! I want to be there before I go to kent, so hopefully in a month my legs will become slimmer (even if only slightly) and I can buy it just before I leave.

I have to lose around 5lbs a week to lose 28lbs by 31/03/2008 Im going out for a morning run I can’t wait to c how much I lose this week!!! I will update all of you each Sunday IN GOD I TRUST TO KEEP ME SAFE .

pinkkbubbly0808 added an entry about lose weight : 3 and a half peices of toast. 450 i think? Little box of Cornflakes. 120. Banana. 100. Coffee +sugar. 50. One more meal of the day left. Think im going to have a salad or something because ive eaten so many carbs all ready today. At least i cant cheat on choclate, biscuits, crisps etc. cuse theres none in the house we need to go shopping :). So anyway i think ive eaten about 750 calories. Not that much i suppose considering how nice the toast was haha. Ive sort of started again on my diet now this week. i was loseing the weight through march then april i just kept slipping up and didnt lose any weight at all so ive started all ova again (1st may) and just trying to stick to three meals a day and exercise everyday. The only problem is i eat a lot of bread… toast for breakfast sandwhich for lunch… so i dont rekon the wight will come off if i keep eating as much bread. so yeah tomorow im going to try and cut down on the bread and eat porridge for breakfast instead.

Im only going to weigh myself every 2 weeks or once a month because the results will be better. Plus the good scales are at my nans and i dont go there that often lol. Im going to concentrate on how toned i look atm. :).
Blue_Van_Meer added an entry about lose weight : After a week in Paris, I’m relieved to find that my scale still reports 72 kg, even a little less. Which is a bit weird, given that I had chocolate croissants for breakfast and also consumed innumerable salami and cheese baguettes during the day. On the other hand, we walked a lot. And my boyfriend conducted a series of experiments with different brands of chocolate cookies which I did not participate in as much. I’m glad! 40 days to go before Italy…
beepbeeplove added an entry about lose weight : ahh im disappointed. i was doing great for two weeks, then i went to my dads house. at his house there arent veggies, that dont need cooking, so i cant nibble on cucumber or lettuce or something.. all i had was toast with various toppings and chocolate biscuits. and a lot of them, because theyre not exactly filling. but oh well. ill just have to work on it. back to normal tomorrow :)
