Lost a little but still not feeling great

trustkills added an entry about lose weight : I’ve lost about 4 lbs since the last time I was weighed. A month or so ago? But I’m still not exercising. And it makes me feel stupid. Because I can go work out at Curves anytime I want to. My aunt owns the place and I still don’t go. Lame. I guess I’m scared of being judged. Or looking like a fool. I’m eating less food more frequently. I eat Special K for breakfast. And fruit of any kind (usually an apple) around noon. For lunch I like turkey and swiss on wheat. And I eat off of a smaller plate at dinner. And I don’t have seconds, which I used to always do (sometimes thirds and fourths). And I might have some popcorn or ice cream later. I’m also trying to stop eating at around 7:30 or 8. I heard that if you eat past that time, you won’t have enough time to burn off the calories before you go to sleep. And I’ve been drinking tons of water. All day. I got a reusable bottle and I fill it up at home. I noticed cellulite the other day. And I cried! I never noticed that I had any. But now it’s really visible. So screw being scared to work out, I’m going! I’m also contemplating getting this body wrap thing that my mom does. She’s been twice, and her thighs don’t jiggle anymore. But it’s kind of expensive.

MoonlighttShadow added an entry about lose weight : okay this really nice guy wanted to “pick me up and hang out” damn the only thing thats hesitating me is how i look.. fat. and we havent saw each other for a long time. :S he gives me hints to go and hang out but im like ” that would be a good idea” like as if i am saying maybe another time but i really do wanna see him- and half of me dont.

Day 6 One slice too many

minxycat added an entry about lose weight : B: mean green, 1/4 cup raw oats L: rice and beans, coleslaw, snap beans S: cottage cheese, cheese stick D: 3 slices homemade thin crust veggie pizza S: mean green I was craving protein and fat today, maybe because I didn’t have nuts and fish oil in the AM. By the time I got home I was ravenous and tore into the cottage cheese, then the cheese stick. Next time I’ll have the mean green and fish oil to curb my appetite before dinner. Still o.k. but I should have got by on just 2 slices of pizza. It’s tricky eating enough so that I’m satisfied, but still cutting back enough to lose weight. Just before dinner when I really wanted to just start my usual non-stop snacking I could hear that evil little voice start to creep up on me. It said, “you’re not that fat. You look pretty good. Anyway, you’ve got a husband and two kids, who cares if your not thin?” Well it’s like any addiction, we just need to say #! #*x%x you! you evil little voice. You’re not in control here, I am and I’m going to lose weight because I want to!!

Still on the Atkins

Mindi T added an entry about Lose weight : Now my friend Beth went on it because I was and she has lost five lbs already. I lost almost 15 lbs so far and it won’t be long until I get how I want to be. This diet rules. Never hungry, don’t have to eat anything gross and it works fast. Everyone should try this that is struggling to lose weight.

lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : I weighed in today for the first time in just over a month. I was pleased! 144-145 lbs! Somewhere between there, couldn’t tell though. happy though because I hadn’t been exercising as I should have been! Either way, that means I’ve lose about 4 or 5 pounds in just over a month. Which is well over my half a pound a week target. My next target is 140 pounds by between the end of may – mid june.
