Day 25

minxycat added an entry about lose weight : B: mean green, raw oats, seeds L: cheese ravioli D: salad, 2 slices pizza S: grapefruit Accidentally packed my daughter’s gymnastic leggings to the gym, girls size 14. Really wanted to work out so I managed to squeeze into them! Well once I’m down to my goal weight they are mine-since Sissy is way too short for them. Weighed myself this morning and it was good, the lowest so far. I still don’t know if I’ll make my goal of 130 by June 13. My willpower is still strong and I’m proud that I stopped after my second piece of pizza. It was Friday, candy day at work. I didn’t even go into the staff room. So, no problem. The kids are making cookies tonight, but I know I won’t have any. If I can stopped at two pieces of pizza I can do anything. Slow but sure is my motto and don’t starve yourself. I have lots of clothing goals already, but I’m planning a shopping trip before DC if I reach my goal of 13o by summer time. Looking at myself naked this AM thinking “how am I going to lose 15 more pounds? I’ll be too skinny, but when I try on those pink cords it seems pretty realistic. Those baking cookies smelled really good. Husband and kids were partying, cookies, ice-cream-the works. I asked the husband if he was proud of me being so good and he said “yes” I told him good, cause I will be going on a shopping spree at some point when I’m closer to my goal. It looks like we will be adopting a baby boy, toddler. If I take time off work I hope I take baby swimming and on walks rather than staying home and getting fat. Anyway, it’s all too exciting and it looks like it may really happen. The kids are really happy about it. I’m praying hard.

MOOOO!!!!!

JoeM569 added an entry about Lose weight : Ok, so I’m not really THAT much overweight. I am 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weigh 185. I used to be 160 something a few years ago, but I’ve gotten lazy lately, so I grew a belly. I know there are plenty of mega-fat people out there, but I would be happy if I lost 10-15 pounds

yikes...

satisfy.my.soul added an entry about lose weight : this is what would be a ‘normal’ weight for me. geesh louise, 101 lbs (at the lowest without being underweight)! that seems tiny! and i’m small-framed. the other day i measured myself at the doctor’s and i was 5’2.5.” would you consider that 5’2” or 5’3”?
