DLMKLS added an entry about lose weight : I’ve been on Slim4Life for a week now and I just weighed myself…I’ve lost 9 and a half lbs! I’m really excited and surprised! They make you eat so much…I didn’t think I’d lose so much in such a short amount of time. Keep up the good work everyone!
Sue added an entry about lose weight : I’ve been really stressing & upset about stuff in my life & I’ve been eating like a pig. I know when I’m doing it that it’s just messing up my diet but I do it anyway. I’m not even hungry and still I keep shoving food in my face. I have to find someother way to deal with bad emotions.
lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : Honestly, Judo Guuri is the most exhausting thing. And to have to do it twice in a row! Anyway, obviously I had Judo today. I’ll top it up with 15-20 minutes on the step machine. I have 2 weeks to get to 10 stone, it’s only 2-3 pounds away, so I should be able to do it. (I’ve kinda scrapped my half pound a week goal. I weigh in not next monday, but the monday after. (I weigh in before my goal due date Ironically)
satisfy.my.soul added an entry about lose weight : food for the past 2 days was yummy! pizza on monday from a local pizzeria and a taco salad from my favorite mexican restaurant yesterday. my weight was 121 yesterday and this morning it was back to 119.5. i kind of treated myself to some shopping. i bought 4 dresses (3 Lux & 1 Urban Renewal) and 2 shirts (Lux). i can’t believe how different i look and how i can fit an xs! :O very weird for me but i’m happy with my progress.
Maagaard added an entry about lose weight : Lost 800 grams this week, which makes it 2,4 kilo. I’m happy :)
missfancypants added an entry about Lose weight. : I am officially wearing smaller pants. I went quite a bit smaller than I meant to, because the pants I was ordering were sized differently than my normal pants. These pants are AT LEAST 2 sizes smaller than what I was wearing. Wahoo! I know, because even with all the weight I’ve lost, then didn’t fit when they first arrived. I held onto them though, and in less than 2 weeks, I’m wearing them to work. (Still a little snug, but that’s good – they’ll last longer as I continue to lose, hopefully!) Hahaha! I’m quite proud of myself. Need to get weighed so I have an exact # to brag about. :)
lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : I also really want this new shirt. but, it’s an expensive shirt, so i want it to last. So, I am going to wait untill I have lost some more weight untill I buy it. In fact, since my goal weight is 9 stone, I will buy it when I reach 9 stone. That’s about 16-17 pounds left to lose. It will take a while. By that time I’ve lost it, it’ll be cold again and I won’t want it! I’ll save money haha. I’ll find something else nice to buy then. I will wait untill next summer for the shirt.
kairi990 added an entry about lose weight : I came back home from my uni for summer break a week ago and in that week, I HAVEN ’T WORKED OUT AT ALL . I’m seriously NOT PLEASED with myself. There is a community gym a block away from where I live, but its far from equipped compared to the gym at my uni. The gym is stocked with mostly cardio machines and few weight machines and pretty much no free weights. When I was on campus, 80% of my workouts were with free weights. This is such a setback!! I shouldn’t blame my lack of motivation on the gym, but I’m too used to having things at my disposal…aww well
stronglady added an entry about lose weight : i bought Wiifit today – it’s so awesome! it’s hilarious watching the hubby try to do the hula hoop : )
missmorgan389 added an entry about lose weight : Today was probably the worst day I’ve had in a long time. I decided not even to eat dinner. We had a concert today and we performed in front of judges and we didn’t eat until 1:30. I was so hungry that my mind wandered away from me. So I had track practice and my stomach is BURNING . The acid trying to break my food down is giving me a stomach ache as we speak so it’s not very comfortable at the moment.
