Dieting should be fun
missmorgan389 added an entry about lose weight : I’m sorry to say that after a month of hard, vigorous work, my results end up poor. March: 152 April: 146 May: 146 Exactly to the weight. I don’t know what’s up with that. Maybe I just need a new scale. But with all my eating habits, I couldn’t possibly have not lost anything. I run track after school and work my butt off even if I don’t want to, so I don’t understand this. But hopefully I’ll be down six pounds by the end of this month. Let’s hope.

Kirs10 added an entry about lose weight : so my food intake today consisted of funfetti cake, more funfetti cake, and p.f. changs. that’s how i reward myself for my lowest weight yet. I’m really upset with myself. I’m back on track tomorrow though. and I worked out twice today. I didn’t eat a lot today… just BAD ! I’m trying really hard to lower or stop my intake of high fructose corn syrup and it’s in EVERYTHING ! it’s so hard. My favorite low cal yogurt has it, and that funfetti cake DEFINITELY had it. It makes you crave sugar. It’s EVIL !

Obesity can worsen the impact of asthma and may also mask its severity in standard tests, according to researchers in New Zealand, who studied lung function in asthmatic women with a range of body mass indexes (BMIs). This is the first prospective study to reveal a significant comparative difference in how the airways and lungs respond to a simulated asthma attack in obese and non-obese individuals.

There was a whole damn box & I was like eh why not!? I have been drinking more water though & I only had one glass of ghetto tea (for anyone who doesnt know what that is, its the premade tea in a jug aka Dairymens tea) Its so good, but almost as fattening as pop! Well, tomorrow is a new day & I will be with my bf who will prob want to go out to eat, Im thinking a salad would be a wise choice.
If you are what you eat, what you eat has a lot to do with how you think about yourself, says a QUT PhD researcher whose study is part of an international research project on the healthy ageing of women. Queensland University of Technology nursing researcher Rhonda Anderson said self-efficacy had emerged as a strong influence on women's decision to do more exercise or eat more healthily.
betty0630 added an entry about lose weight : I am 18 years old. I am going to collage this year. I have been chubby since I was a child. Sometimes, I don’t have any confidence. I can’t wear some clothes, and I can’t eat everything that I want without hesitation. This year I will have a long vocation, so I will have a lot of time to do anything I want. I think it is also a good timing to have a change. I think I can be more confident, and I will like myself more by losing weight. I can do it. I will be skinny, beautiful, healthy and happy.

I’m not gonna question it, but I’m really scared it’s just a fluke and I’m going to gain it all back. ahhhhh! It does feel nice though.
peachnkeen519 added an entry about lose weight : I went from 140lbs to 120lbs in about 9 months. Took a while, lots of exercise and a hell of a lot of veggies. I’m only 5’4” so i think this is a somewhat good balance. I’m fitting into size 5/6’s again and it feels great not to have those rolls of fat I used to cringe at seeing. I’m seeing a tiny bit of love handles still and plan on working those off with weight training. I call them my spare bike tire lol. I think i could probably stand to lose 5 more lbs to get rid of the love handles, but we’ll see where it goes. Totally worth it!
