charlotte1984 added an entry about lose weight : Don’t have time to write properly – auditioned to join a theatre group y’day which means I now have rehearsal 2 – 3 times a week which = LOADS of dancing = FUN EXERCISE !! I’m so excited – got to leave for first rehearsal now and find out if I got a main part or a chorus part. Hope everyones ok – will have a proper read of everyones progress tomor!

Steff69 added an entry about lose weight : Weigh In: 9.1 So mini goal is to be 8.13 or less by Sunday (6 days) I havent really been eating that good, theres loads of goodies in the house lol. But I’ve been doing 100-150 sit ups, 100 jumping jacks, squats etc per day. Its not much but meh.. I’m planning my day the night before and I can stick to it quite well when I learn it off a bit. Exams starting in 3 days, sooo i really should probably start studying. Update tomorrow.
stronglady added an entry about lose weight : i’m just going to give the whole ‘healthy way’ one last try. i’ve been really emotional lately – crying non stop, and i think it may be because i’m not eating enough. so i’m gonna try about 1300 calories a day. if i don’t lose at least 2 pounds a week, i may go lower – i don’t know. with all my crying even my hubby was like -‘maybe you need to go off this diet’ (ya know, the diet he originally wanted me to go on – and they say women are fickled). anyhoot – is 1300 too much?
hananathebanana added an entry about lose weight : went for a walk this evening and i even ran for a bit of it! only for like, 2 minutes but yeah i am very unfit like insanely so i will build it up but this evening after getting back, i ate sooooo so much it’s awful =]
