stronglady added an entry about lose weight : after 3 days of keeping my cals under 700 – the pounds haven’t budged. that’s ok. i think my body is just trying to adjust to the restriction. plus (not to be gross) but the anti-anxiety pill my sweet doc has me on are constipating me. so maybe i have 5 pounds of poo just waiting to come out – haha! sorry, i just type what i think sometimes : )

missmorgan389 added an entry about lose weight : I friggen ate everything yesterday! It was “one of those days” where I was too hungry for my own good. I ate pizza and then probably less than two hours later I was chowing down popcorn at the movie theater. I probably went in the wrong direction but.. I guess these days happen. The sun will rise tomorrow, no matter how much I eat. Today’s a new day and I really hope it clears up so I can go running with my friend. But so far it looks like it’s going to pour. Just my luck, right?

mumu05 added an entry about lose weight : well…..i did end up with gud result a yr bckk….but thn..i lost my track. got bz with wrk. n for the last few days i hve i wass feeeling so heavy…which i thot of as a sign of my period date…cuz i do gain weight during tht time. but thn i decided to weigh myself n bammmmmmmm!!!!! i weigh 75 kilos now….which is reaalllly reallly bad. i neeed to shed 10 kilos atlist. thts the target setted for the next two months. later i will abt more xtra weights…...i jusssss hve to do it….i wish i wake up sum day i c myself with the perfect body..so tht i can dresss myself beatifullly….n wooo my man like never before…!!!!

kerrythekyd added an entry about lose weight : I’m in CHina and have been shopping.Or at least trying to. I feel really big and uncomfortable in my skin. I wish that I was slimmer and didn’t look at everyone wishing to be different. I really regret not having cheriched my 22 year old body. Instead I have an almost 27 year old body that just isn’t as smooth or toned as I’d like it to be. And in spite of loads of exercise I feel even bigger and less attractive than ever. I really want this to change. I don’t want to have regrets when I’m 30 years old.

lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : I went to cambridge today. My advice is don’t go there – the shopping is so crap! Anyway, because I went, I had a mcdonalds. But I looked up what I ate on their site and it only came to 795. (I had a pork melt deli, fruit bag and a mcflurry). I did a lot of walking too, so that must have burnt up something. but for good measure, I’m going to go on my step machine tonight.

Malificent added an entry about lose weight : I have been on this diet for a week now and weighed myself for the first time today and I lost 3 pounds! I have always been around this weight though, give or take a few pounds, so I won’t be too excited until I’m lighter than I can remember being! (I started doing this because I’d gained a few pounds from my normal weight, so I’m sort of only back down to what I usually am!) I’m a bit surprised at losing 3 pounds though, cause I was aiming to lose 1.5lbs a week but maybe it’s not that accurate due to fluctuations or something? I’m gonna weigh myself first thing in the morning to keep things constant. I’m a bit worried cause I don’t wanna lose it too fast that I gain it all back again.

going veggy

uematsu_chick added an entry about lose weight : decided i’m going to try and go veggy to seeif it helps to shed a few pounds and i have to say,this is the best diet day i’ve had ever!started off with a kiwi for brekkie (not a huge brekkie eater anywho),veggie cuppa soup and half a french baguette with flora light…just had dinner a lil while ago and made myself veggy korma with wholegrain rice (was making chicken korma for my b/f at the same time so well done me for not giving in!) and i had a teaspoon of ben and gerrys ice cream.pretty good methinks,there’s no point in scrutinising yourself for having a teetsy snack.how r all ye doin?

Not to you really, but to myself, because I always make some super detailed exercise plan and then I fail to do it on the FIRST DAY , so I give up entirely. I’m thinking that if I do it for one itsy-bitsy week, I’ll be able to do it FOREVER . Which, yes, sounds really stupid, but thats what I’m thinking. I need more will-power, jeeze.
