I came home early from skwl today cuse i feel ill :(. So im gonna revise later and maybe not go running anymore cuse i dont feel up to it. Dinner will probs be another salad or soup, ive got a saw throat so dont think i can eat much else really!

Finals got the best of me :( I am a stress eater.. and it TOOK OVER … I thought I was going to get kicked out of school for terrible grades.. AND I DIDN ’T!! i did GREAT THIS SEMESTER !!but the eating beat me during those 3 weeks..i put on like 5 pounds… so now I have to take them off…It’s okay.. my life could have been more of a mess if i had gotten kicked out of school!!

On the tread 30 minutes- 10 hills, 15 running 5 cooldown, wave machine 2-3x weekly for 20 minutes, still taking Alli, controlling portions, resisting sweets, still eating fried foods, but sparingly. As I get closer to 160, I get more excited and determined that I can actually do this. It’s within grasp and I will not let it go!
