foreverHoping added an entry about lose weight : I had such a bad day today.I was all pumped when I woke up this morning. I ate a piece of toast with margarine and a glass of water, and then for lunch, everything went south. I opened my backpack to find that I had (somehow) a treasure trove of candy and snack food…. ughhh. There were only three things there, but still. I gave away two of them, the candy bars, but no one would take the cheetos, so I ate half of the bag, but almost coughed them all back up when I saw the calorie content… 270 calories for the whole bag! I only ate about half, so that would be 135 calories, but still… ugh I hate myself hehe. Then I went and ate my usual wrap and water. And stole a few of my friends fries, but only about three.
indieruth added an entry about lose weight : i knew today was going to be tough because of working. i ate the proper breakfast (see last entry), but then it got late for lunch, and i made tuna salad, but it wasn’t really that healthy, and i didn’t have anything else, and i didn’t have the coconut oil 20 min before. then i had 2 cookies and a couple chip. definitely not on the plan. then i snacked a little on some chicken dishes i was making at work. it wasn’t a lot, but this was all against the plan, where i’m supposed to have three good meals, preceeded by the coconut oil. for dinner, i did have the oil, and a big salad, and some salmon. i was still hungry afterwards and had some cream cheese on a little piece of whole grain sour dought bread, and some ginger ice cream with coconut sprinkles. it’s probably okay, but i feel off-track. i’m hungry again, so i know things are off, because when i ate just the way i was supposed to the last four days, i was never hungry.

xXxlaura224xXx added an entry about lose weight : im down to 117lbs!! im soo chuffed lol this was my target for the weekend but im gonna try and be 116lbs now cuz its only thursday! =] i dont notice any difference to what i was and what i am now but i put on my size 10 jeans last night which were skintight before and i had to changee my jeans as they were falling off me! i was so proud lol anyhooooos good luck today everyone =] X

beepbeeplove added an entry about lose weight : day 5 of week 2 :) i think ill keep counting days for two months. i read somewhere that thats how long it takes to break a habit. so yup, i had a big breakfast, of a piece of fruit toast with butter and then a bowl of fruit with yoghurt. i usually have a small breakfast just because thats how i am :) but i was hungry. but yeah. today ill have some veggie soup for lunch, and a stir fry or something for dinner. yummy :) i have an appointment at the gym to get a new program/fitness assessment thing, so that should be fun/helpful. ill tell them im trying to lose weight and theyll tell me what exercise i can do to help that :)
