Tomorrow is the day...

leahmariee added an entry about Lose Weight : For me, picking a day to start something is how I get prepared for the journey. So tomorrow (Monday)is the day I am going to start working towards losing weight. I am going to go to the little gym in my town and sign up for a gym membership. If I pay for something like that I feel horrible if I don’t use it so I am going to start with a month membership (it’s awesome this gym has those) and start making a list of things to eat that are healthier. If I have a list of healthy foods it will be easier for me to choose those over something unhealthy :) Overall I am hoping to lose between 40-50 pounds, it will be a challenge but I am looking forward to it!!! :)

Wow, I ache.

Pretzel Face added an entry about Lose weight : It’s been a while since I ached after a workout. Looks like I did a good job yesterday. Even though I had waaay to much sugary snacks. I’m going swimming tonight + I’ll do a workout when I get in. I have a really long free period at school today, so I should be able to get all my work done. If I don’t get distracted by people that have the same period as me :/ Which will leave me with plenty of time to workout this evening. If everything goes to plan.
