dainty_lil_daisy added an entry about lose weight : saturday 9/13- couldn’t weigh myself, slept at my parents’ last night B- kashi cereal w/ soymilk (250 cals) iced coffee w/ nonfat milk (30 cals) iced green tea undsweetened (0 cals) L- spinach/romaine salad w/ tiny bit of lowcal dressing some multigrain crackers with hummus apple, half an orange, some cranberries yogurt with a few raspberries and grapes S- another venti iced coffee and green tea Sees candy- milk chocolate bordeoux and the free sample S #2- tall strawberry frappucino D- veggie & avocado sandwich on squaw bread from submarina Later- rockies froyo, BOMB ;) Exercise- very very brisk 5 mile walk with my dad in the morning, he’s nuts! Total Cals- a lot..but worth it cuz everything was soooo good and worth the calories! plus i walked at least, which is more than i usually do on weekends..and i’ll do more exercise tomorrow too to make up for it :)

Pretzel Face added an entry about Lose weight : I’m not sure what I’ve done differently. Maybe I got more sleep or something. I did eat breakfast a lot later this morning. I guess its just lasting longer. Could just be a one off I guess. But I hope not. if I could get this every sunday I’d have to work a lot less harder every monday!! Might do a workout now, managed to maintain my weight yesterday instead of gaining, that’s the first time I’ve ever managed that on a saturday before!
Heather added an entry about lose weight : 8/16 – 201.5lbs 8/24 – 196lbs 8/31 – 194.8lbs 9/7 – 192.6lbs 9/14 – 191.0lbs That means in one month I have lost 10.5lbs. Not bad. It could have been better if I had been doing any exercise at all. I haven’t done a thing. I was going to try and walk a mile a day last week and just couldn’t get myself to do it. The one day I did actually feel like doing it it was pouring outside and lightening. So this week I need to start doing something. Mondays are not good because I am so tired when I get home from school. Going to school from 10 to 5 is not what makes me tired. Its having a 3 hr bio lab from 2 to 5 that is killer. It just drains me. At the campus that my bio lab is on we can’t leave lab early or our instructor gets in trouble so most of the time we are just sitting there because we have finished our lab.

(not bad for Sunday!) 100 calorie bag of popcorn and too much spray butter! apple coffee with sugar its only 12PM here so far…but will edit what i eat later! Today’s Plan! Get a baby gift at baby’s R us Go visit my sister’s friends baby! Gym! Snack CLEAN MY DAMN ROOM !!!!!!!!!...this is key to me not binging tonite..for some reason when my room is a mess i feel so crazy inside, like out of control and this triggers a binge…weird huh?
