foreverHoping added an entry about lose weight : B: One and a half bagels with about 3 tablespoons of cream cheese in total. L: A Kit-Kat bar, a King Cone ice cream cone, and a serving of Chicken fingers. S:3 pieces of big red gum D: None… my stomach started acting all funny and I almost threw up… I am drinking a ton of water right now to keep it down :-). So today was certainly not the best day in terms of healthfullness, but I was over my goal of 1000 calories for the day. I had a total of 1287 calories today. Ugh… I gave in to temptation today. I will have to make up for that tomorrow.
laughs61 added an entry about lose weight : Group on here? I guess I am in good company than. I have not even looked at a scale in maybe 2 or 3 years. I stopped owning one so literally have not looked at one. I know my husband just got back from the Dr, and they say he weighs 255 and all of his fat pants are now my regular pants. Not good…. I am guessing i need to lose maybe 100 lbs or so. The thing is I have done it b4 the losing it is not that hard it’s the keeping it off. I yo yo up and down figuring it is so easy for me to lose weight I’ll just eat today and diet 2morrow. I have even thrown away all of my fat clothes and bought all new only to go out and buy new fat clothes again grrrr. Everytime I get within a reasonable weight I eat until I balloon up again. This time I want it to be different

tc1980 added an entry about lose weight : I did okay today EXCEPT I didn’t work out…wah! I had a super busy day at work and am going out tonight so I will have to double up tomorrow. I’m a little nervous that I’ll have a few drinks then want to eat a bunch…I always want food after going out. But I am going to limit myself to 3 drinks MAX and only vodka sodas, which are only about 100 cals each. Luckily I have enough calories to spare for the drinks and stay within my goal! I still need to drink more water though…4 glasses to go.

tbj_tbs added an entry about lose weight : Over the past 10 months I had lost 25 lbs, and it has been the most fun I have ever had. I’ve met some incredible people, and have a great instructor who has become a life coach and a friend to me. I did this all through Survivor Bootcamp. I excercised 5 days a week for an hour each day, and I changed my eating habits. And guess what … it worked. I’ve still got some more to go, but the results show and I am so happy that I did this. You can do it too!

lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : We had a BBQ at my grandparents today. I asked her to cook me a quorn burger and sausage. Although I eat meat, her BBQs involve a lot of eating and if there is anyway I can cut down on fat / calories, I will. Anyway, I had lots of salad, vinegaret dressing (6 cals per serving!) A skinless chicken leg, and a quorn hotdog and burger, and fruit salad for dessert. Wow, that is a lot! It came to 1000 calories, but that’s less than I expected to come away with! It may have been less, I don’t know how much is in the chicken leg…

josemm added an entry about lose weight : B: 2 banana cookies L: 1 portion polenta with cheese S: nothing D: 3 slices of pizza =) + 2 glasses of wine Well, looks like I could moderate my insane pizza addiction a bit… still I think there were too many calories, I guess parties do that, I’m pretty ok with indulging a bit for special occasions.
ladygwynevere added an entry about lose weight : Well, I seem to be having a little bit of luck, I’m down about a pound or two since I last checked in on here (my weight fluctuates quite a bit normally, so while I may be down two pounds one day, the next morning I might be back where I was. Such is life.) What’s really neat, though, is that (and this may be all in my head) I seem to feel smaller, if only a little bit. I need to keep this up, I kinda like this feeling. I’ve been kind of letting the diet slip a little bit, but I’m not really feeling bad about it, I just need to pay more attention to what I’m eating instead of just munching stuff down ‘cause I’m bored, which is a bad habit I’m trying to break. Also, I need to get out and do more active stuff.
