missmorgan389 added an entry about lose weight : I did really well today and I’m pretty proud of myself. I ate portionable sizes for food. I put pretzels in a bowl instead of eating from the bag and took my time eating dinner so I could realize when I was full. I got up early but ate a banana a couple hours before eating breakfast. Given, I didn’t do much today, but I went outside later and exercised, so that’s good. It was a good day for food. I won my battle =]

S: 5 frozen carrot sticks, 7 doritos (yes, I counted) D: half a cheeseburger and some fries I need to eat better food, but grocery shopping is such a drag! Well, at least I could control myself to eat only half a cheeseburger =b Tomorrow I have a birthday party for a friend. We are having pizza (diet kryptonite!). I’m setting a limit of 3 slices (they are not as big here as in usa), and I will try to eat lightly during the day.

PrincessBuckethead added an entry about Lose Weight : Joined Weight Watchers the other week… Although I’m doing this by myself, it doesn’t feel so lonesome sitting in a room with people who all have the same goal! Yay me!
foreverHoping added an entry about lose weight : Summer is here. I wrote about a month ago that I couldn’t wait to lose weight for the summer. That goal kind of flunked. I did lose some poundage, but not really anything significant. My stomach looks a bit flatter, but that is because I have learned how to suck in differently, better posture. :-) hehe. I am at 107 right now. My goal is to be down to 100 within the next two weeks. Is that a reasonable goal? That’s three-point-five pounds a week. Thats not bad. Half a pound a day? Hmmm. I’f I limit my calories to 1000 and run for an hour every day (either on tredmill or hills), would I be able to lose that weight?
tc1980 added an entry about lose weight : Yay! I stuck to all my goals today, now only a lifetime more to go…hahaha. BF: Canteloupe (100 cals) L: Pack of Sushi (375 cals) and 3 oreos (160 cals – that was bad…I don’t even like oreos but at least I only had 3 and didn’t eat a large dinner). D: Apple (75 cals) S: 2 sugar free lollipops (50 cals) I also walked a bunch…although running would be better but I I ’ll have to work up to that.
blackk69 added an entry about lose weight : I’m still in the same boat. I’m at the point that what I see in the mirror is not me anymore. So once again I am trying to change my habits and therefore change my life.
