hope228 added an entry about lose weight : ok so i did lose 6 pounds, but its weird cuz i just went to davids bridal to pick out dresses(im going to be a brides maid in november) but omg i had to get a size bigger than i am, i had to get a size 20! it killed me because ive been working hard except these last 3 days, i didnt exercise :( (i hated it though, i like exercising)...and yea so im definitely gonna try harder because i have til november and even though im a size 18 but 20 in a dress, i want to fit into a size 18 dress, AT LEAST ! i really want to lose like 30 by the time of the wedding. Wish me luck!

I eat...

Mindy Lynn added an entry about Lose Weight : because I’m bored. Tomarrow I’m going to try to stop that and look at like an addiction. I’m going to have a small, healty breakfast and drink LOTS of water. A few days ago, I ate a bunch of cookies for breakfast and didn’t have that urge to eat for hours. So I’ll stuff myself with cherrio’s and water for breakfast and keep eating small meals. Hopefully, I’ll just eat when I’m hungry and not becuase I’m bored. I wish I wasn’t surrounded by all this junk food. I live with a cookie cutter grandma- she has all the cookies and cake anyone could want.

lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : I’ve been thinking about something… My family eat more than me, and they do less exercise. This is aimed particually for my mother, as she isn’t overweight to begin with. they never gain weight. And she can eat a lot more calories than me. I know you shouldn’t compare yourself, but that pisses me off. It leaves me thinking, maybe I don’t eat enough. Though, I eat about 1700-1800 a day, so certainly not too much, and not too little.

As of right now, I am not happy with my body. I have to find some kind of structured diet I can follow, because if i don’t i eat what ever I want when i want it! So I think i’m going to start writing down what I eat in a day, to help me be more aware of what i eat! hopefully admitting that your ready is a great first step!! :? Wish me luck!

xxmischaxx added an entry about lose weight : Started off good monday went to gym and everything but then tuesday went out drinking , and drank way too much as usual and then felt like crap next day (hardly ate anything though..) so did no excersise….. and yeah rest of week not good anyway. Got weighed today and have stayed the same weight so at least I haven’t put on =/ This week is going to be better though and im definatly not going out so no alcohol this week (:

Day 55 Sunday

minxycat added an entry about lose weight : B: potatoes and eggs L: tortilla, beans and cheese This is my last daily post as we are leaving for DC tomorrow. It seems the whole county is in flames up here in Northern California. The smoke is so thick we aren’t going swimming, walking, or anything since we don’t want to damage our lungs. I feel bad for the wildlife: deer, bunnies and birds and our pets. Although I’m glad to be heading east to get out of this mess I pray our home and pets will be okay with the housesitter while were gone.

Pretzel Face added an entry about Lose weight : Had chinese food. Chinese BUFFET food. Too much friedness. But damn was it good. I manage to get out of celebratory pizza day though. Which Im not sure If Im happy or sad about yet :/ Just did a 15 minute skip in the garden. Which is 6 minutes longer than I managed on Friday. Im not expecting any weight loss by tommorow considering my horrific calorie intake this week.

lubdanikins added an entry about lose weight : good points: about 2hrs of brisk walking, and i passed on dessert bad points: i ate chocolate brazils (and they werent even that good) and i snacked too much. grr! i really do just eat out of habit and because im bored. ok its a new week tomorrow, but also weigh in day which im nervous about =/ oh, but i did get a job! starts on tuesday, and the bonus is its quite an active job so ill be moving around for 9 hours a day AND i wont be eating out of boredom all day. yaaaayyy =D

Today and yesterday

Steff69 added an entry about lose weight : werent brilliant but I dont mind much. I’m aneamic and I havent had proper iron or meat in DAYS and I had also run out of my iron supplement pills. So I’ve been really weak and tired and collapsed yesterday, so my diet took a back seat today. I had rice, potatos, chocolate, meat, crisps. Anything to give me energy (I know I could have picked healthier options but I wasnt exactly thinking about that)and I’m feeling a lot better now so tomorrows a new day :)
