I did it!!!

Dawn added an entry about lose weight : So our third child was born at the end of last June. I left the hospital weighing 216 pounds! That was the most I had ever weighed in my life. On April 2nd 2008 I joined Weight Watchers. At that time I weighed 179. I somehow was lucky to lose so much after having our daughter without much effort. I have lost nearly 25 pounds on WW and it has been surprisingly easy for me. I have had a couple of set backs but I have done very well. I have a little more to lose, but I know I have learned how to do it :)

mholik added an entry about lose weight : OK this has to go on hold for a while, I’m leaving for a backpacking trip tonight and it’s not really wise to diet while backpacking. The biggest concern isn’t trying to lose weight but to make sure you are taking in ENOUGH calories. So, for the next six days I will not be on a restricted calorie thing. I’ll be back to it in a week though. Good luck to you all!

hope228 added an entry about lose weight : ok so i am 5’4, 15 years old, and weigh 216 pounds! yea i know, so anyway i want to lose 15 pounds by july 31st…i want to lose more, but i figure i want to lose a pants size before school starts…ok so im limited to a lot of things like grocery shopping and going to the gym and things like that, so i am gonna be dancing in my room everyday for 30-60 minutes and im gonna try to eat better…thats usually the problem for me, its the eating….i love chocolate! and it is almost like another food group for me, i kno thats pathetic, thats why m ready to change my ways!ok so i want to eat 2-3 meals a day with 3 HEALTHY snacks….im starting today, wish me luck!
