beccasue added an entry about lose weight : Last week I went to WW – again. This weekend was my first weigh-in after restarting the program. I lost 2.2 pounds – yay! I was surprised because the day before weigh-in I overate and exceeded my daily points allowance – and my flex points for the week – but I guess my efforts the previous days paid off. Now the hard part comes – to keep up the effort and start exercising. I just have to mentally make smaller goals so I can achieve the bigger ones.
TryAgain added an entry about lose weight : I noticed yesterday that I am starting to get runner’s legs. I used to have cellulite around my knees. Trust me, I know, my knees of all places. Proof that you are FA HAT . But its gone. And, my legs are firming up nice. I accidently wrote over my orginal entry from April 2006. I started taking care of myself in December, right before Xmas, if I couldn’t do it then, I never could, and now, 6 months later, I am 41 lbs down and went down 4 sizes. Its nice to feel good.
pixiespassion added an entry about lose weight : I made my goal. I’m at 158.2 as of this morning, and my goal was to be under 160 by the time Matt got home. Well he pulled in this morning and I so totally made it. I kick butt! Now to make the goal of 155. We’ll see how hard and how long I have to fight to get there. But I’m gonna do it. And I’m gonna keep going this time. I live on the beach for cryin out loud, I’m sposed to be sexy trim and toned, not fat and flabby. LOL Here’s to trying.

Also walked 4 miles as it was ridiculously good weather =] But tomorrow night Im off out uptown with my friends so will be drinking alcohol , hopefully I won’t drink too much =/
Sure, exercise is good for your waistline, your heart, your bones — but might it also help prevent addiction to drugs or alcohol?
