wincyspider added an entry about lose weight : I just had my period! During 6 months of anorexia I lost it and now it’s back. This is such a good sign that my recovery is going well. I only hope with my period now my breasts will grow, even if it’s just a tiny bit. Being skinny is not worth starving yourself, and life isn’t better when you’re skinny. Other people who think they’d be happier if they were hungry stick insects, think again.

PirishRose added an entry about lose weight : I did give up on the scale though. And about a week ago I got Wii Fit. Its awesome. Its like youre exercising and you dont even know it. All of a sudden your sides are aching and youre sweating! But Im not giving up on my exercise videos though. Ive been having a hard time finding time to do it all though. And it doesnt help when the Wii Fit game doesnt let me do yoga or strength training anymore either. But of course Im not giving up. According to Wii Fit I’ve lost at least 5 pounds since Ive started it. Makes me feel good!
Although the overall rate of high school baseball-related injuries has decreased within the last 10 years, the severity of injuries that occur has increased, according to a new study conducted by researchers at the Center for Injury Research and Policy (CIRP) of The Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital. During the two-year study period, an estimated 132,000 high school baseball-related injuries occurred with an injury rate of more than one per 1,000 athletic exposures.
Researchers in the US investigating the effect of the nerve messenger and mood regulator serotonin on the energy metabolism of worms, found that being obese or thin may not just be a result of one's eating habits.The discovery was the work of Dr Kaveh Ashrafi, of the Department of Physiology and UCSF Diabetes Center at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), and colleagues, and is published in the 4th June issue of Cell Metabolism.
A new study published this month in the Journal of Athletic Training (JAT) the scientific publication of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, reports that the activity level of athletes after concussions occurred affected brain functions and speed of recovery. Athletes engaging in high levels of activity following concussion demonstrated impaired brain function while those who engaged in moderate levels of activity demonstrated the best performance.

I know I had pizza for breakfast and lunch but after work I created a menu of good and delicious meals; I did 5 different ones for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I bought all of the groceries and now I choose for my menu what I want to eat. Last night I made chicken and 5 vegetable stirfry with brown rice. For dessert I cut up a peach, berries, strawberries, amd put a tablespoon of fat free cool whip on top. It was such a great dinner, I could probably eat it every night.
