FabulousGirlyGirl added an entry about Lose weight : I went away for the weekend and I am hoping that I did minimal damage. There was a lot of drinking and fun. Some eating. Not too bad. It is what it is and I am not going to stress over it. I had a great time and life goes on. As does my goal to lose weight. Back on board! I am not restarting my Day Count. Today is Day 8 and so far so good. I will let you know tomorrow.

bubbles7 added an entry about lose weight : Oh no… I was doing so good, I’d only eaten 800kcals. But then, I started reading up about how you should eat 1200kcals minimum or you won’t lose anything, bcos of the whole metabolism shut down. So even though I wasn’t hungry at all, I ate to make up this number, but then the whole binge came =/ Because I can eat 1000kcals while still feeling satisfied, does anyone know if I can eat this much, without my metabolism slowing down, so I can lose weight?

Like behind me, my friends are huffing and puffing as we do indian runs but when I run it’s like deep breaths.. exhale.. deep breaths.. exhale. I started really getting into sports during the Summer and that pretty much changed my body. And over this time, I’ve gotten a wonderful body. Have to learn to continue feeding myself when I’m hungry, because sometimes I won’t eat when I’m hungry. I walked into the house today with a baggy sweatshirt and my dad said I lost a couple of pounds. But how could he tell?
