A few weeks back we ran a giveaway contest. If you're like me you probably wondered what happened to it. Did anyone actually get anything sent to them? Here's what happened....
Jonaslove added an entry about lose weight : pretty good today cereal and yoghurt 260 cals special k bar only 100 cals :D thats 360 for today adn were having some stew for dinner cuz its real cold lol. but i prob wont eat that much. 4 bottles water :D

beepbeeplove added an entry about lose weight : i loooooove exerciiiiiiiise :D im full of endorphins i think. went to the gym, combined 50 mins of cardio + some core exercisey things. i felt like i was going to be sick, which sounds like a bad thing but ive never pushed myself this hard so im proud. i wont do it again though :) food today: b- dried apricots, muesli, soy milk. s- almonds, dried fruit. l- salad roll s- half an apple d- steamed veggies s- tiny bit of chocolate everyones doing great :) so inspirational.
mopsy added an entry about lose weight : Between going to Sydney to get ready for the wedding, the wedding, the honeymoon (sitting by the pool drinking copious amounts of alcohol), and getting back to Japan, it’s been ages since I’ve been on here. I’ve gained about 4kg since I left for Aus, but I neither look nor feel like I’ve gained that much back. We ordered pizza last night when we finally got home (so tired I was nearly in tears at the airport), and am still having the leftovers today, but I want to get rid of it all today and get back into the healthy eating tomorrow. My husband (!!!!) has already made one trip to the supermarket today, and I’ll go again this evening.

swim_fan00 added an entry about lose weight : hmm.. some how i find myself in the same place as last time I weighed myself for the fist time in months today and guess what. Im still; 70 kgs or 154 lbs 168cm BMI of; 25 which puts me in the accepble/normal range.. yet i want to be thinner :( Mind you i havent really been doing anything to make it change. Since i’ve been focussing on my education at the moment.

Heather added an entry about lose weight : I can tell I am using muscles in my legs that I don’t normally use when walking. My legs are sore and my abs. Not painful sore but like I actually used them! I like it! I did 50 sit-ups again this morning. Thats 3 days this week.
