MoonlighttShadow added an entry about lose weight : I feel so alone. My very good friend met a another friend who is probably better than me. Were not as close as we use to be and they plans stuff in font of me. I was okay with it, i mean were both allowed to meet new people, im totally cool with it but now im like a left=over. Im trying to hang out with them but im always behind stuff and the other girl well she was all proud about her losing some weight and both me and my friend too. But when i said that its fun losing weight like that and its sad for me since ive lost some but gained it all back they said that they must be something wrong with my scale… then the boys which i hang around … i bet they think im annoying as hell because i just want to meet new people too.. and i feel so gross about myself. I was so embarrased in dance class , im like the fatest girl there and we had to be lift up and etc.. but the teacher .. she was super tiny. No one likes to be alone. I don’t have any motivation. I wish i could prove them wrong. Im a wreck, im not beautiful. I have no control of anything.. even my mind sometimes. Just some girl..

No puede ser que cada vez que se descontrola mi vida se descontrole también mi alimentación… la comida no llena vacíos metafóricos. Nada de comer entre comidas, comer chucherías o comida basura a partir de ahora.

missmorgan389 added an entry about lose weight : As I exercise more and more, my calorie intake has started to increase as well. I’m always hungry now. Way too hungry to just “drink water” to get full or “eat fruit” that’s less than 200 calories. I realized my body just doesn’t work that way. It wants the good stuff and it wants it now! I’ve used the calorie intake thing and I think I’m going to follow it. Not exactly 100% because some days will be better than others, but at least try coming close to it.

Lose Ten Pounds

Moi Frey added an entry about lose weight : While recovering from surgery on my foot, I’ve been much less active than usual, and so I gained weight. I gained eight pounds, but would like to lose ten. I’m still not able to wear my athletic shoes, but in about another week, I’ll be able to begin short walks. I need to get back to my pre-surgery level of activity. It’s so hard to lose weight when you can’t exercise, but I’m going to get started by counting calories again.

beepbeeplove added an entry about lose weight : i did well today, whoa ive been on track for two days! lol. b- muesli, soy milk. l- stir fried veggies and tempeh :) i dont really like tempeh.. s- two rows of dark chocolate d- steamed veggies, vegetarian sausages, gravy :) the whole day adds up to 1250 calories :O thats under my limit. and im really full lol :) yaaaay!

lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : It looks like my cat likes shortbread almost as much as I. He started licking the biscuits from the tin which was left on the floor. Tomorrow I start my healthy eating again. I’ve done really bad these last couple of weeks. I’m debating whether to go on a bike ride tomorrow. It’s either that or swimming. If it’s raining and or cold, I’ll swim, if it’s nice, I’ll cycle. I think I’d enjoy cycling more.

santoriniplease added an entry about lose weight : i weighed myself friday morning and my weight was 126, which was pretty exciting for me. it was kind of surprising too because the night before my mom and i shared a banana split—it was soo yummy. i realized it is definitely not as hard of a goal if you don’t give up everything. just have it in moderation! for example, we shared it and we still didn’t finish it, just put it in the freezer. :)

juicebox88 added an entry about lose weight : I did yoga!!!! You guys don’t even know how AMAZING this is =D I haven’t done yoga in like three months. And something else AMAZING happened! I found 100 calorie peanut butter at trader joes! Wow! I also had some coffee there and i think its having some effects. Ima go take my dog for a walk =)
