shhsecretbunny added an entry about lose weight : Agh. I fell way off track. Way way wayyyy off track. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been eating uncontrollably… and I thought I was invincible to weight gain… My stomach was so close to being flat 2 weeks ago, and now it’s far from it. I guess it’s a good thing I noticed that I’m not invincible to further weight gain, because now I’ll know to keep in moderation. Instead of saying I’ll start again Tomorrow… I’m starting anew right NOW . I really want to enjoy this summer with shorts, tanktops, dresses, and bikinis. I can make this happen for me, I just have to work for it.

beepbeeplove added an entry about lose weight : yesterday i was all happy about how well i was doing, and then i had some biscuits. just two of them. then i thought “oh, ive already had two so it doesnt matter if i have two more”, so i did. then i had two pieces of toast, and then another two, and then two pieces of plain bread. grrr this is how it always happens. i wasnt even sad or anything, so it wasnt an emotional binge, it was a bored one. even if it was the weight of all the food, i was a whole kilo heavier this morning than yesterday morning :(

I;m so stupid

BlueTeethandgums added an entry about lose weight : Why did I go to that stupid dietitian? Its so dumb. I haven’t been trying or anything this week. And I’m pretty sure I’ve gained weight judging by how my clothes fit. I’ve just been eating and eating, probably worse than before I went. I’m so stupid. Now I have to go another appointment. What am I going to say? Oops? O god. I’m such a failure. I just can’t seem to do it. And I’m more than just frustrated. I’m crying right now because I can never seem to get anything right. What am I going to say? I should have canceled the appointment when I had the chancce and been done with it. But my sister convinced me to go. Why am I going? This is not going to change a thing. Its so stupid. It doesn’t matter what she says or anything. Becuase I’m too lazy to do it. I don’t know why. I just am. And I’m so frustrated. I always use to think, if you get to this weight, then you’ve really done it, and then the weight would change. And now I’m like obese. And I don’t know what is wrong with me. I don’t understand why I don’t just DO IT . Why do I always do this. What am I supposed to say to her?

And a lot of diets that i make up myself, with weird diet rules and eating rules and all. But i realise that i have to change my mindset. Obesity during pregnancy is associated with greater use of health care services and longer hospital stays, according to a study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Kaiser Permanente Northwest Center for Health Research. The study, published in the April 3, 2008, issue of the New England Journal of Medicine, is the first to document the effect of obesity during pregnancy on the use of health care services.

The nurse said if I was serious about weight loss I would give up soda and I know (bc I have tried in the past) that I cannot just tapper off the amount I drink. I had to go cold turkey. I knew that it was not good for me. Anything in that quantity isn’t good for me! (I was drinking over 5 cans a day, minimum.) I have made such changes in my eating but giving up the diet soda is seriously going to be the hardest one. Harder than getting back into exercising.
