First Day!

foreverHoping added an entry about lose weight : I’m starting. Scary isn’t it? Losing weight is something that I have been attempting to do for a while. People tell me I’m thin, but the truth is, I suck in my stomach. I know, a little bit of fat on the stomach is not something to go bulimic about, and sucking in can only go so far, but it’s the thought that counts. I want to be thin, for real. Not faking. I can’t do the “suck in” thing anymore! So here are my stats: I am 5’5” and 106 pounds. I want to lose 6 pounds. I’m planning on running more, and eating better. Today, so far, was a bad day. I ate a burger, and three bags of Smartfood popcorn… ughhh… tomorrow will be better, I hope.

juicebox88 added an entry about Lose weight : Yay! Today was fun. I went and bought like a million shirt, mostly camis and tanks, and I wear a small! I have that nice little back curved flat stomach forming. Love it! which reminds me, I have to do 50 more crunches before I go to bed. I found something else out. Stomach jigglies not the only thing i lost. A 32A ?? LMAO I had to go bra shopping in the kiddie area. Oh well XD I could care less really :P

lost weight

indieruth added an entry about lose weight : Well, I’ve been doing a modified coconut diet, and I have been eating a lot, but it’s been healthy big meals, and I weighed myself today (which I wasn’t going to do), and it says I’ve lost 8 pounds. I’m sure some of that must be water weight, but still… pretty good. I have exercised everyday, so I’m sure that’s a factor too. The thing about this diet, though, is that I’ve been less hungry. Okay, it’s still early. But I really will try to stick with it.

More than two-thirds (70%) of cancer patients have fatigue during chemotherapy and radiotherapy or after surgery. The problem can last for a long time, continuing for months after treatment, even in patients in complete remission from their cancer.
