i friggin hate this!

kiara75 added an entry about lose weight : well i did good yesterday, ate well, and not heaps, and weight this mornin was gain of . 2….and all you going well its only .2…..its still a gain!!! what the hell… today so far, had about 1/2 cup of oats and a carrot… 2 cups coffee will eat for lunch….cupa~soup might skip dinner and see if i gain tomorrow? i seriously am hatein on myself, this week has been hard for this goal, i hate hate how long i have been going with this, i should have been at my goal years ago, but i keep givein up and eating something i shouldn’t and as i am gettin older its getting harder to lose….32 is way to old to hate myself this much! rrrrrr

Kirs10 added an entry about lose weight : it seems like we’re all pretty fed up. I have been at a plateau for 3 weeks now. I was 139 2 days running as of yesterday, which gave me hope that I was finally breaking through my 140-143 range. But then this morning I woke up at 143.5. I don’t understand. I didn’t do anything different yesterday than the days before. My body is stupid. that’s the only answer. grr. I just have to be persistent and keep on keepin on. You all should do the same. I still have a few months until my July 4 deadline to be at 130. I’m going to keep up my same eating plan for the next 2 weeks until school ends and then when I go home I’m going to see a nutritionist for help.

satisfy.my.soul added an entry about lose weight : still at 124.5—hope i can break out of it. it’s just that it’s been this weight for over a week so i need to mix it up. more workouts less junk food. think that will do the trick…and i actually have been letting myself eat whatever i want so i think i will try to avoid that. and when in doubt, i will tell myself, “more water!” before i do indulge. :)

(not bad =/) -Pice of white toast 80 calories 10 from fat -I serving of vitamin D milk 160 calories 80 from fat (not so good but i need those vitamins.) I guess the best thing about waking up at 1 in the afternoon is i dont eat as much. And still dont eat a lot through out the day.

charlotte1984 added an entry about lose weight : Ate well again today – I’m always ok when I’m at work cos I only have food to eat that I took with me – its the weekends at home with the fridge that kill all the good work! Didn’t exercise today, but aiming to go to the gym tomor instead – which is good (a) cos fri evenings are always quiet and (b) cos if I’m at the gym I’m not at the pub drinking wine (which also leads to hangover food the next day too!)
