lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : I always read my mothers magasines, and I always skimover the diet sections, they are either crash diets or a load of crap. But they have one, which looks alright, well, not the eating part, buit the exercises they give you claim to make you lose 2-3 inches in 6 weeks. I reckon if I do the exercises they give you, as well as my usual stuff, I might just lose an extra inch or too.

I missed looking that skinny. There is something so nice about being proud of your body. Anyway took a calender into my bathroom to record my weight each day. I am also considering starting a food diary so I will aviod eating crap so I don’t have to write it down.
lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : I hate the weather! It’s miserable, all day the sky has been smothered in a thick blanket of grey cloud. It’s freezing outside, and it makes me not want to do any exercise. I can’t stand to go outside, and indoors, well it just makes me feel miserable. So, I’ve decided, I’m going to have a really hot bath, get in pajamas and then do some dancing a little later, I got a new CD today and it’s very dance worthy (dropkick Murphys anyone?)

Like really hot. lol But that won’t happen so my goal is 20 lbs… 5 weeks to lose 15 lbs: it might be a bit too high of a goal, but I shall try my hardest! May 2: 3rd Dietitian appointment- I would like to lose SOME weight before then. I’ll settle for 5lbs. Its in like two weeks. I really don’t want to be embarassed again. First is definately more exciting than the first. I’m going to go on my elliptical now… what movie should I watch while exercising… hmm
LiLmissSunshine added an entry about lose weight : SW-135.8 CW-132.2 GW-125 Lost a little more this morning! I’m getting there. Slowly but surely. Man, weight loss is a SLOW process! But hey, I’m doing it the right way right :) This morning I got up and went to the park with my man. I walked/ran 4 miles around the park and did it in 40 minutes. Not bad for the 1st full attempt! (Didn’t make it the whole way around the first try!) I ran the downhills again and walked the rest, although my fiancee made me run a good couple minutes to finish at the end, which was a GREAT push for me no matter how much I didn’t want to do it! I am determined to be able to run a 10K in a year! Clearly I have a LOT of work to do, but I’m off to a solid START I think! When I called my friend that said she wanted to do it with me to see if she had started training yet, she said she hadn’t… so I’m feeling a little ahead of the game here!! I am going to do this, be in shape, and NOT COME IN LAST FOR MY AGE GROUP !! haha!
