It has long been assumed that menstrual disorders amongst elite female athletes are related to tough training regimes combined with insufficient energy intake. However, a new doctoral thesis from the Swedish medical university Karolinska Institutet overturns old ideas that elite sport can damage the health. Many elite female athletes can have a congenital condition, that gives them higher levels of testosterone and that might even contribute to their sporting successes.

Did the Davina power of three workout dvd yesterday..my legs are still sore lool..but I’m determined!!!! Thanks to everyone who cheered me.. Might try and do the workout again today…

A cup of tea and a bun 2. an omellette and another cup of tea.. 3. lunch- 2 chappatis with dal 4. a cup of tea with oreo cookies..(3-4) at 4pm 5.Dinner..a bowl of rice and dal.. still i am putting on weight.. its just modest eating.. why doesnt my tummmy go in?
hananathebanana added an entry about lose weight : i have made up with my friend because i am nice and forgiving… i didn’t eat lunch, as planned but i did eat 5 ickle chocolates that my sister’s boyfriend bought her so maybe i’ve not been too good today. dreading weigh-day tomorrow i wish my weigh-day was today as i did really well on my diet yesterday!
