im setting myself a mini goal!!

maeinwaiting added an entry about lose weight : my mini goal is to lose 7lbs in the next 3 weeks, i know its totally doable if i try hard. so im gunna buckle down, run 5 times a week and eat healthier, im not even gunna think about the rest of the weight i have to lose so CW – 137 mini GW – 130 by the 5th may. im gunna write on here everyday to keep motivated!!!!! rutta go driving lesson!!! workin another goal too!

lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : by the end of July, I want to be 140. That’s 1 pound a week, which is easy enough. So long as I stick to 1800 calories and the exercise, I can do it!

judy_angel added an entry about lose weight : i havent been on here in a while. 2 weeks ago i felt completely out of control, so i gained weight, but last week i was doing really well. today i weighed myself and im 158. when i was here at least time i was 161. so i actually lost 3 lbs. and i’ve already lost 6.5 lbs from my highest. oh, how i wish i was at 143…my lowest weight in last summer. i dont know what happend, so i lost all the control and gained everything back. i really want to get there by may 1st. i think im not able to do that, but i’ll try as hard as i can and maybe come close to that number. hopefully i wont lose the control, i’ve already gained. well, take care!

Back on track...

charlotte1984 added an entry about lose weight : Had such an awful 2 weeks eating my own weight in unhealthy food – shocked I only gained 2lbs! But today is a new day and I’m feeling very motivated! Had fruit and fat free yogurt for breakfast and veggie soup and a slice of bread for lunch (and 3 tiny sneaky chocolates oops! ;)) Anyway, I just came back from a 2k swim (the most I’ve ever done!) So as long as I can avoid roast potato’s at my dad’s for dinner later I think I’ve had a good day!

littlerascal70 added an entry about Lose Weight : Although I’ve been improving the way that I eat, i haven’t lost ANY weight. All I ate yesterday was fruit/vegetables, yogurt and sushi. but those stupid slip ups that I have when people order pizza, or when I drink lots of beer, are canceling all this out!!!

lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : I found out that I only burn 50 extra calories or so from swimming for an hour as I do by walking at 4 mph for an hour. I usually go swimming on a sunday, but today I might take a walk by the river side insted, I enjoy walking more and hate swimming when it’s cold outside. I’ll probably get wet either way, bloody rain.
