Dieting should be fun
melanie122 added an entry about lose weight : Again.. I got bored today and wrote down everything that could be hidering me from loseing weight i came up with 6 things so im going to work on those right now. One of them was that i spend to much time sitting here on my butt and read about ppls sucsess instead of doing what i need to be (working out) so im limiting myself. Twice a day. Morning and night (lets see if i can stick to that) idk.. Im going to workout an hour a day and get on a GOOD sleeping schedule to start! No more coke! No more free days (atleast not so offten! Maybe once every 2 weeks) I dont have a hard time sticking to diets its just the fact that i have to buy it all and its hard for me.. For one thing i dont babysit anymore (but thats a diff subject) Long story short.. i let my cousin spend the night and she stole some of my clothes after i gave her some! So i quit!! Plus she didnt pay me right! Alls i asked for was 60 dollars a week for 2 kids! 6 hours a day 3 days atleast 6 days to maximum a week. It was retarted. Anyways but i dont always have the money to buy dieting stuff. So sometimes i have to just make what i have work. We have alot of food here just ALL junk! But do have fruits and veggies! But im lookin for a new babysitting job and should find one soon! Anyways.. Good luck everyone!
littlerascal70 added an entry about Lose Weight : Never in my Life have I been one of the girls that puts herself down. I was always very confident with everything that I did. It drew people to me, I was so positive. I have lost all that. I don’t try in school anymore. I get nervous around boys I find attractive. I constantly worry about what I eat and how I look. I constantly eat emotionaly. Please help me become normal again. I know some of you must feel this way.

In my life I've come across a couple of women who admit that they just don't crave chocolate ever. It was like I had just met a celebrity...I would say, "Wow, really? You don't crave chocolate? That's amazing!"
