beepbeeplove added an entry about lose weight : weighed myself this morning, and im 59.5kg :( i was 58 at easter,so this is pretty disappointing. i was supposed to be at 58 on monday. so yes. im at a healthy weight, but i think id be happier with how i look if i was a bit smaller. i dont even have much to lose, like 5kg lol but i think because im already healthy my body doesnt want to get any thinner. and, thinking about it, i havent really made any changes to what i eat. which is pretty silly. i worked out all the calories and things thinking that that would give me the right amount to eat and burn off, but its not apparently :) so ill just eat a bit less i think.

Jennifer added an entry about lose weight : Made it to the gym again today, although I missed my exit from the interstate which ended up costing me about 8 minutes. I wish I had a longer lunch, but something is better than nothing. Eating is going good today… I have been using thedailyplate.com to track my calories. I’m a little worried about tonight because there is a mai tai party at work and I know there will be food there… hopefully I can stick to the fruit and veggie tray most of the night. ^^

lostdusk added an entry about lose weight : Many of us here worry / complain that we are over 100 pounds, 110 pounds, 120 pounds ect. However, imagine if you weighed over 1000 pounds. That’s how much the worlds heaviest man once weighed (channle 5, anyone?). It just kinda amazed me, it makes my goal of losing 20-25 pounds so small when he has over 800 pounds to lose.
