santoriniplease added an entry about lose weight : so i weighed myself this morning and i was so sad to see the numbers: 1 3 2 . 5 i’ve been eating horribly the last 3 nights. tomorrow i am going to watch it and not get bored at home. i seriously am disappointed in myself. the past few days have been fun, but yesterday was just a slice of pizza! just one! and then a bit of pasta. today might have been worse though having a handful of snacks: wheat thins, sun chips, popcorn. i don’t know why but i felt incredibly guilty. anyway, i diddd tell myself i’d give myself a good year to lose the weight, but then i was kind of on a roll so i thought i could lose it faster. anyway…i’m not going to give up! My ultimate goal weight is 115-120.

I was asked by WebMD to write a story on this year's bounty of Girl Scout cookies ...which I go on record as having done so under protest. I protest having to write about them while having no Girl Scout cookies on my person to actually sample! Just the thought of those chocolate dipped All Abouts was enough to inspire a quick walk (with my $3.50 in hand) to the nearby supermarket hoping the Girl Scouts were outside selling. No such luck. My Girl Scout cookie fix wouldn't come until 8 days - count them 8 days - later.
beepbeeplove added an entry about lose weight : i just realised today that its uhm pms time :) and i usually gain weight and eat heaps at this time. i just didnt remember so thought i had lost all self control. yaaaay :) i was bored in maths today so i worked out goal weights (again) :) 58kg, 56kg, 54kg. very easy. im not sure what i am at the moment but id guess around 61 (ew, ew ew ew!). ill just eat lightly and exercise normally without binging, and will see how long it takes me to get to 58. then ill aim for 56 in the same amount of time and so on.

MiVidaLoca68 added an entry about lose weight : I’ve been overweight even since i was about…eight or so.. and now i’m sixteen. i’m five foot eight and 160lbs, and i used to weigh 175lbs. I’m really happy about my weight loss so far, it’s just taken SO LONG ! There is this boy i’m absolutely crazy about, and im pretty sure he likes me aswell… but i feel like he deserves someone better looking than me, so i’ve been working out faithfully everynight [he keeps me motivated :D]. 60 minutes on the elliptical and about 15 minutes of toning and ab exersises afterwords. I’m seeing results, but i feel like i should be doing more, like i could be doing more to lose weight faster. It’s the begining of March now, and i’d like to be close to or at my goal weight of 140-135lbs by July or August. Just in time for a new school year :]. Any tips, or opinions? Help me keep going!! :D.

I’m like trying my best and then i see someone that is the same hieght as me… and wieghs SIXTY POUNDS lighter than me and is whining about how gross their body is… and i’m not that incredibly fat…. I’m doing this for my health, but man it really doesn’t help the self esteem to see so many people that are in the normal range distressed out of their minds about their “fat” bodies. Makes me feel like a huge freaking whale.. Thanks guys. In any case I hope that those who feel the same way i do don’t get too down on themselves.
