xxmischaxx added an entry about lose weight : I entered my details into thedailyplate.com and to lose 3lbs a week it said i should have 1,173 a day :) For me if i plan my calorie allowance for each meal im more likely to stick to it. so here is my plan for tomorow: breakfast: 200 cals dinner at college:350 tea: jacket potato and beans 380 cals snacks: 250 cals. Goals Start weight:210 cw: 201 total weight loss: 9lbs

BIGBADBOB added an entry about lose weight : today i had wedges and a beanburger, not great but i went for a swim and did 30lengths which is alright i guess. think im going to the gym in the morning since my lecture is 10am tomorrow. im aiming to lose 3lbs by friday since im going out with my class and the fakeboy will be there. also ill find out about my placements on friday :O eek. love me.xx

Siggen added an entry about lose weight : is the worst! I am so bored, and I really want food when I am bored. Today was actually a good Sunday for me, I didnt binge to much.And I exercised for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Looking forward to a new week, I will do just as good as I did this week. I lost 1 kg, very happy with that. My goal weight is “only” 7 kg away. I cant wait until I reach my goal :D Hoping that it will be soon. Keep up the good work u guys :*

Pretzel Face added an entry about Lose weight : My mum did a big shop so I have a lot of fruit and veggies for the week. Which Im pretty pleased about. So I’ll prolly just have fruit like usual for my lunch even though she brought these pasta meal thingys. but they’re like 450 calories each for a tiny box of it. So i think i’ll pass. Doing morning excercises everyday this week ( If I can stick to it) I’ll let you know how I get on x

WhatKatyDoesNow added an entry about lose weight : Well I am slowly but surely doing this – Walking in 40 minutes to university helps :) I’ve also stopped worrying about it so much – yes i want to lose weight, but it’s not the be all and end all. I love food, I don’t want to cut it out of my life. So here’s to losing weight but not making yourself miserable!!! xx

beepbeeplove added an entry about lose weight : today its the school swimming carnival.. argh. im not swimming though. theres a canteen at the pool full of fatty things so ill stay away from there entirely :) im taking a sandwich so i think thatll be fine. this morning i had soy milk and weetbix with banana, which was about 250. woot. going to be 32 degrees© today :( so silly, its autumn now and its warmer that february was. lol anyway good luck everyone :)

Yesterday...

RuchellT added an entry about lose weight : So last night I ended up at a club that I don’t really like because all of my friends wanted to go. They only serve beer, so I wasn’t planning on drinking until a friend bought me a beer (a 32 oz tub!) and I drank what I could until he turned his back and I set it on a table somewhere—he he! Anyway, I couldn’t even dance, which I was looking forward to, because it was so packed that I couldn’t even wriggle my way onto the dance floor. At one point, some guy who was dancing stepped on my foot (and my nice shoes!), elbowed me in the boob and when his girlfriend rubbed on me she was so sweaty that her skin stuck to mine! I was just like “nope, not worth it”. I hung around until 3:30am though, because the DJ kept saying the Jenna Jameson was there and I was really excited to see her! She never even made an appearance, even though the bouncers kept saying that she was in the club and didn’t know why she wasn’t coming out to see anyone. I was majorly dissapointed!!

not quite as planned

danikins added an entry about lose weight : well didnt work out quite as planned. ive eaten about 2000kcal today and not done any exercise. but i figure for a sunday thats good for me. i havent eaten over 2000kcal so im not gaining, and i didnt binge. weekdays will be easier, and im thinking about being extra strict tomorrow to kickstart my week. but we’ll see i guess im much better at making plans than actually following them hehe

It's Sooooooooo Hard!

MyBodyIsACage added an entry about lose weight : I have really struggled to do it, but for the past two days iv not eaten past 5pm… which is goood i guess but so so hard as im a night eater! and back at work tomorrow so by the time i get back its like 6pm.. so gonna have to make that the limit. starting to feel gross

But I am starting to feel the effects of that. So no more of that. I really can’t wait to go. So excited to start this for REAL .
