Dieting should be fun
pinkkbubbly0808 added an entry about lose weight : 3 and a half peices of toast. 450 i think? Little box of Cornflakes. 120. Banana. 100. Coffee +sugar. 50. One more meal of the day left. Think im going to have a salad or something because ive eaten so many carbs all ready today. At least i cant cheat on choclate, biscuits, crisps etc. cuse theres none in the house we need to go shopping :). So anyway i think ive eaten about 750 calories. Not that much i suppose considering how nice the toast was haha. Ive sort of started again on my diet now this week. i was loseing the weight through march then april i just kept slipping up and didnt lose any weight at all so ive started all ova again (1st may) and just trying to stick to three meals a day and exercise everyday. The only problem is i eat a lot of bread… toast for breakfast sandwhich for lunch… so i dont rekon the wight will come off if i keep eating as much bread. so yeah tomorow im going to try and cut down on the bread and eat porridge for breakfast instead.
