Rarely does frozen pizza taste as good as freshly made pizza from a restaurant or home . But as frozen pizzas go, this one isn't too bad at all. Taste Test Tuesday: Amy's Tofu Scramble

Frozen organic tofu scramble with hash browns & veggies. The picture on the box leaves a little to be desired (especially if you aren't used to waking up to tofu )...but honestly (and surprisingly) I really enjoyed this frozen breakfast entrée. It had a nice aroma fresh from the microwave. It could come in handy when you don't have time for breakfast in the morning or your stomach isn't ready for breakfast first thing in the morning...so you need to bring something into work with you. This happens, right?
