Dieting should be fun
Justagirlsaying added an entry about lose weight : I’d like to lose a stone. We’ve been eating more fish dishes; mackerel, trout and a new one for us Basa – a type of dogfish, substituting rice and cuscus for potatoes when I can (hubby loves his roasts! – But have cut that down to once a week) and having more fresh fruit and raw vegetables for snacks. Bran flakes or a pack of raisins are also great stand-by nibbles. I’ve extended my exercises of squats, stretches, kicks to 40mins with the help of my favourite music and now the weather is drier we’ve been increasing our walks to four miles and jogging back (er. most of the way ha!), doing more to the garden too. New mantra – Roll on summer and slide off fat! YAY !
TheMightyGiant added an entry about lose weight : I sort of screwed up a lil and binged today, but luckely it was whole grain bread that ate a lot of. But I’m going to the gym today, and I’ll try to burn off as much as i can. I also made myself a goal to burn 35 000 calories, in the shortest amount of time possible. I’m now at 34 149mark after 2 workouts. Today will be work out 3 counting from this goal. So I hope my leg is not as bad today.
Niel added an entry about lose weight : Bleh. Mindlessly eating American food for a month did my weight no good. (I’m not blaming the American food, it’s the mindless eating.) I’m not as committed to healthy eating as I could be. Fortunately my now gross overweight was practically slimness not too long ago, and it should shift quickly.
JustMichelle added an entry about lose weight : heres the just -50 min walk -started raining, yuck -arms still sore from pushups -still have more to do today breakfast - tea w/ milk+sweetener - special k w/ sweetener lunch - bread - mayo - cheese – 60 - luttuce – 7 - tomato - - I want body calorie counter to count when things go in my mouth/ calories lost through exercise.

Jennifer added an entry about Lose weight : P1D2 is another load day. I ate and ate and I was so full. Ugh. Phase 2 will be a welcome break! Decided to load up on a greasy pepperoni pizza as my ‘last supper’ as well. It was delicious. I will miss the cheese. :( 3/9/10
myskinnyjeans added an entry about lose weight : Well things were going well and then my daughter gave me a lovely bug so the exercise and healthy eating went out the window for over a week. When mummy is ill no one else in the house seems to be able to shop or cook so takeaways seem to be the order of the day. Since changing the way I eat I know I wasn’t feeling well but they just didn’t taste as good. How salty are pizza’s, I now know why I am thirsty after I have eaten it. So I am feeling better again to lets get this weight off. 9 pounds so far only another 10 to go. :)
