Dieting should be fun
kiara75 added an entry about lose weight : had for breaky~ i slice of toast with mushrooms and a slice of bacon lunch ~ had miso soup and i slice of roast pork i had in the fridge snack~ sushi…just one dinner~ homemade pumkin soup just a cup feel like i have eaten heaps today but worked it out to be around 1000 cals? i prob will not lose tomorrow now…sucks!! will be better tomorrow
