Dieting should be fun
LiLmissSunshine added an entry about lose weight : 133.2 lbs this morning!! Yeah!! I lost some more!! I really hope this keeps up!! It’s getting me going! I walked 4 miles again this morning! The past 2 days it’s felt hard. I’ve had plans to start weight training and I probably should, but I’ve been struggling to make it through my morning walk, so I don’t want to push myself too hard and then exhaust myself into not wanting to work out anymore. It took everything in me just to get to the park today, but the point is, I MADE IT ! 13.2 lbs until I reach my goal! It doesn’t sound like a lot, but it really feels hard for me to break past 130. I seem to get stuck there a lot. Maybe it won’t be so difficult this time!I’ve been keeping track of what I’ve been eating every day, and it keeps me from OVER eating. Maybe that’s the key for me. And guys, I’ve noticed a lot of “LACK OF MOTIVATION ” on here lately!! Find what drives you! For me it’s food! As silly as that sounds! I love food, so I find a new recipe, and make it healthy. Look up the body statistics of someone you admire that’s about your size and see if you can get to their size. Read about new workouts or read motivational quotes! Find a new outfit you want to fit into! Heck it’s bathing suit season, go look at people in bikini’s :) haha! We all have our down days!! Don’t give up! We’re working at making lifestyle changes!! If you have a bad day or week, just jump right back into it! We’re all here to support you! Hope everyone is having continued success in their weight loss!! Keep working hard and think of those healthy rewards you’re getting out of all your hard work!
