Dieting should be fun
Josh Dhaliwal added an entry about lose weight : My first true 10K workout at the gym today. 1. 3000m on cross-country cross trainer (20 mins – 300 cals) 2. 5000m on treadmill (35 mins – 400 cals) 3. 2000m on rowing machine (9 mins – 200 cals) I guestimate that to be about 900 calories burnt. Yippee! Now home for homemade veggie lasagne!
