stephlfc added an entry about lose weight : lost 1lb since last week. not much but its okay for my first week. Didnt eat too good today tho, but i did do about 2-3 hours in the gym. half term tomorow anyway so i can eat less next week as i wont be useing as much energy walkin round skwl an gettin up at 7 in the morning. This half term im gonna try to go the gym once every two days, stick to three meals a day, stay in bed for longer in the morning, and do some revison for GCSE ’s!!! :).
